Jane and Jere used to frequent lesbian bars in the West Village in Manhattan. Jane wrote some poems about these experiences and made a tissue-paper and magazine image collage for Jere of women in one of these bars. Heekyung used this collage as a starting point to animate a background for the reading of the Bar Poems.

Liz en Septiembre (Liz in September), a film directed by Fina Torres (Habana Eva), based on Jane Chamber's beloved play Last Summer at Bluefish Cove, will premiere in Venezuela on September 26, 2014.
Jere Jacob, one of the stars of 8 Faces of Jane, can be seen this weekend in Northeast Stage's production of "Collected Stories," by Donald Margulies. The play runs Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Church Hall on Main Street in Greenport.
