Suat Kutlug

An Istanbul native, cinematographer Suat Kutlug, has loved taking photos as long as he can remember. During his college years he began experimenting with motion picture film. Since the late 90’s he has worked on numerous projects; including documentaries, short films, and commercials.
His style is shaped by his varied life experiences. Growing up in Istanbul; time spent living in small Alaskan villages, working inside the Seattle grunge rock scene and living in NYC, have all informed his vision. His imagination, coupled with his know-how makes him an asset on every set. International Cinematographers Guild recognized his work by including him at the Emerging Cinematographers Showcase in 2008.
